第五届中国电力电子与能量转换大会暨展览会、中国电源学会第二十九届学术年会（CPEEC & CPSSC 2026）将于2026年11月5日-8日在苏州召开。活动以“旗舰会议+技术展览”深度融合为特色，旨在为全球电力电子、能量转换与电源技术相关领域的专家学者、工程技术人员和产业界人士搭建高水平学术交流平台，促进产学研用协同创新，推动相关产业科技进步与产业链创新发展。旗舰会议将设大会报告、专题讲座、技术报告、工业报告、分会场报告、墙报交流等多种形式，围绕电源、电力电子及相关领域的新理论、新方法、新技术、新工艺及新产品进行深入交流研讨。

征文要求

1. 论文应具有创新性、实用性、或参考价值。每篇论文不超过6页。

2. 论文提交采用pdf格式文件，A4纸，版芯限定为17cm*25cm。文章格式（分行顺序）：题目/作者-单位-邮编/摘要/关键词/正文/参考文献/作者简介。正文用5号宋体，双列排版。在杂志或报刊上正式发表的论文不采用；文字：中文或英文。详见学术年会网站上的“论文格式和注意事项”。

3. 年会优秀论文，征得作者同意，将推荐到中国电源学会期刊《电源学报》（核心期刊）上发表。

4. 请登录学术年会网站http://meeting.cpss.org.cn，按照“投稿指南”登录有关作者和论文信息，上传论文电子文档，每个电子文档大小请控制在2M以内。

IEEE International Power Electronics and Application Conference (PEAC) is an international symposium for presentation and discussion of the state-of-the-art in power electronics, energy conversion and its applications. The IEEE PEAC 2026 is the fourth meeting of PEAC, which will be held in Suzhou, China, during November 5-8, 2026. The 5th China Power Electronics and Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition & The 29th China Power Supply Society Conference will be held during the PEAC 2026.

The worldwide power electronic industry, research, and academia are cordially invited to participate in an array of presentations, tutorials, and social activities for the advancement of science, technology, engineering education, and fellowship. Paper Submission

The working language of the symposium is English. Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit digests of their work in English (Maximum 6 pages in double space, in pdf format), following the instructions available on the website: https://www.peac-conf.org/. The digest is a summary of your paper including the digest title, abstract, digest text and references.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the symposium proceedings, and submitted to the IEEE Xplore on-line digital library and EI Compendex.

International students may apply for travel grants.

Tutorials

Several high-quality tutorials will be offered on Friday, November 5, 2026.

Prospective lecturers are invited to send a proposal before July 15, 2026 to the Tutorial Chair: Xinbo Ruan, on https://jsj.top/f/g0KPlX

The proposal should be including:

· Tutorial title

· Name, affiliation, and short bio(s) of the lecturer(s)

· Objectives and audience

· Synopsis

Industry Session Presentations

In order to strengthen the cooperation among industries with academics, PEAC 2026 will arrange industry sessions during the symposium. Speakers are invited to make a presentation only without submitting a formal paper. These presentations will be included in the PEAC 2026 symposium proceeding. Each presentation should be limited within 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation, plus 5 minutes for Q&A). We seek technical presentations rather than marketing-oriented talks.
