Co-care for Students’ Growth themed Freshmen’s Parent Meeting Successfully Held by the Majors with Sino-Dutch Cooperation in the College of Logistics Engineering

On Sept 8th, Parents of those students who chose the majors with Sino-Dutch cooperation in College of Logistics Engineering had a meeting at #D106 Multimedia Classroom, in the time of new students welcome pervading the campus. Zhaoxia Wang, the tutor of the students, President Assistant of College of Logistics Engineering, Xiaoyan Xu and President of College of Logistics Engineering, Su Zheng all delivered speeches.
President Zheng detailed the history and development of the college and emphasized on introducing the achievement of the majors with Sino-Dutch cooperation. Professor Xu introduced the plans, teacher teams, construction of the majors to parents from an expertise’s perspective. He also describled the strength of the major and led the topic to the description of HZ university of Applied Science in order to better their full understanding of the cooperation. In the end Zhaoxia explained how his work of students management carrying on: independent study and living, social relationship cultivation. In addition, she encourage parents to give more chances and incentives to the students.
The fact is that it was the first Parent Meeting held in the new campus. Through the meeting, many concerns and confusions of the parents were solved, and they showed more confidence on the majors with Sino-Dutch cooperation.
